juggerAUTH is the secure companion app for organizations that use the juggerECO platform. It confirms your identity to your help desk, generates two-factor authentication codes, and keeps your logins and secrets in one encrypted place — on your phone, where they belong.

Note: juggerAUTH is activated by an invitation from your IT team or managed service provider. They send you a one-time enrollment link to set up the app on your device. Without that invitation, the app cannot be activated.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Approve or deny verification requests
When your help desk needs to confirm it's really you — for example, before resetting your password — a request appears on your phone. Approve it with a tap, or deny it if you didn't expect it. This stops attackers who try to impersonate you over the phone.

• Get your verification code
A rotating six-digit code is always ready in the app, so you can confirm your identity even when you don't have a signal for push notifications.

• Use it as your authenticator
Add two-factor codes for any service that supports authenticator apps — Google, Microsoft, GitHub and more. Add accounts by scanning a QR code, uploading a QR image, tapping a setup link, or entering a key by hand. Your codes rotate automatically and work offline.

• Keep your logins in a personal vault
Store passwords, cards, identities, secure notes and SSH keys. Secrets stay hidden until you reveal them, and everything is encrypted.

• See what your organization shares with you
Credentials and notes your provider has shared with you appear in a read-only shared section, so you always have what you need without asking.

• Generate strong passwords
Create long, random passwords in a tap whenever you set up a new account.

YOUR PRIVACY

• Your authenticator codes for other services are stored only on your device and are never uploaded.
• Your personal vault items are encrypted.
• Approving a request only ever confirms your identity — it never gives anyone remote control of your phone.
