Gramwise is a diet app and calorie tracker for weight loss, weight gain or maintenance. Keep a food diary, track protein and macros, and build a daily calorie plan around your goals. Log meals by search, barcode, photo, nutrition label or plain words, and review every number before saving. Gramwise supports general wellness and nutrition awareness. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

YOUR DIARY, YOUR PHONE
• No account and no sign-up. Open the app and start logging.
• Your diary, weight history, profile and meal photos stay on your phone.
• Search a built-in food database compiled from public food-composition sources (USDA, Fineli, CIQUAL, CoFID), with no internet connection.
• Back up to a file you own and restore it any time. Pro adds spreadsheet export.

REVIEW BEFORE YOU SAVE
Every AI result is an estimate. Gramwise shows the recognised foods, their portions and nutrition, marks them "AI estimated", and lets you correct each one before anything reaches your diary. Numbers you have not checked are never presented as fact. Gramwise is never a source for allergy, ingredient-safety or medication decisions.

LOG FOOD YOUR WAY
• Search the built-in food database, even offline.
• Scan a barcode. Product details come from Open Food Facts when you look them up.
• Describe a meal in words ("two eggs and toast with butter") and Gramwise parses it on the spot.
• Save foods, meals and recipes, then log them again in a tap.
• Snap a meal photo or a nutrition label with Advanced AI (needs Gramwise Pro and an internet connection).

STAY ON TRACK
• Today at a glance: calories left, protein, carbs and fat against your target.
• Streaks that reward consistency and never shame a missed day.
• Weight and body-composition tracking, with trend charts that smooth out daily noise.
• Home-screen widgets and optional local reminders that stop once you have logged.
• Optional Health Connect: read steps and weight, read-only, revocable, never sent to a server.

A PLAN THAT LEARNS FROM YOU
Start your diet plan with automatic calorie and macro targets or set your own. Follow your food diary and weight trends as you work toward weight loss, weight gain or maintenance. Gramwise Pro adds the Adaptive Plan: it compares what you log with how your weight actually trends and suggests small, safety-bounded target changes. Routine adjustments are announced on Today with a one-tap undo. Larger ones always ask first.

FREE AND PRO
The whole diary is free: logging, offline search, barcode scanning, Describe, saved foods, recipes, weight tracking, backup and restore. Free installations may see one banner on Today.
Gramwise Pro adds photo and nutrition-label scanning (Advanced AI), Describe-Advanced, the Adaptive Plan, the weekly report, progress analytics, spreadsheet export, automatic Health Connect sync.

Gramwise is a wellness and nutrition-awareness tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Nutrition values are estimates.
