You run the day at a commercial food-equipment shop. The work comes in by email, from a dozen different sites, and you're the one turning each message into a job and threading it through to the technician who can actually fix it. When a machine's history lives in your head and a spreadsheet, the second visit starts from nothing.

Unifix keeps one thread per problem, open until the equipment works. Every email, visit, part, and photo lands on the same ticket, so whoever picks it up sees the whole story — and your customer follows one thing instead of five separate work orders.

What you can do from your phone:

- See the whole day at a glance: who's out, what's booked, what's still unassigned
- Open a job and read its full history instead of a summary
- Send the technician who's qualified for the work and close to the site
- Photograph a unit and attach it to the ticket while you're standing in front of it
- Find any machine by the serial number stamped on its nameplate
- Get a notification the moment a job needs you

Built for commercial food equipment: Walk-in coolers, fryers, ovens, ice machines, refrigeration. Every unit carries its own record: make, model, serial, and every visit it has ever had, across every site and every owner it's belonged to. Type in the serial off the nameplate and the history is already there. Generic field-service apps don't track equipment this way, because they weren't built for shops that live on it.

Unifix is a subscription for service companies, and every plan includes unlimited technicians — growing your crew never grows your bill. Accounts are set up at unifix.io, where the price is on the page and there's no sales call. This app is for people whose company already uses Unifix.
