Tripvia is a simple, automatic mileage log. Drive as usual: Tripvia records every trip, you review them, the app builds the report you need for reimbursement or tax. Your data is encrypted, the app is battery-optimized and it works offline too. Tripvia follows the official rules of 25 countries and keeps their rates up to date.

💼 For everyone who drives for work
Self-employed people, employees who claim mileage, and companies. On a Company plan, your team shares one organization: you see your members' trips and manage all their reports in one place, also on your computer.

✅ Simple, from recording to report
Trips are recorded automatically, or you press Start and Stop yourself. No GPS device needed: everything works on your phone. Check each trip and mark it business or personal with one tap. Then pick a period and get your mileage log or mileage claim as a PDF or Excel file.

🔋 Automatic, offline and battery-saving
Smart GPS notices when a drive starts and ends, so your phone can stay in your pocket. It uses high accuracy only while you drive and low power the rest of the time. Tripvia works without signal and syncs as soon as you're back online.

✏️ Your trips, your way
Forgot to track a trip? Add it by hand: type the addresses and Tripvia calculates the distance. Edit any trip's route, or add a purpose, such as Client meeting, and a note. Keep several vehicles in one account, each with its odometer readings, and get reminders for odometer readings and for your reports. You can also import past drives from a Google Maps Timeline export.

📄 Reports for reimbursement and tax
Create a trip log or a mileage claim for the period you need, as a PDF, Excel or CSV file. Download, share or print your reports right from the app, and keep personal trips private by hiding their addresses and times. Your whole log is also online at app.tripvia.net.

🔒 Privacy and encryption
Your data is encrypted on its way to our servers and while it is stored there. Your sign-in on the phone is encrypted too. There are no ads, and your data is never sold. You can delete your account at any time, right in the app.
