Arxcess One is the mobile app for authorised staff of organisations that use the Arxcess One platform. It brings the work waiting on you, your organisation's credit field and till work, its staff directory and its books to your phone.

WHO IT IS FOR
Arxcess One is a work tool. You need a company account issued by your organisation's administrator; there is no public sign-up. If your organisation does not use Arxcess One, the app has nothing to show you.

The app does not offer, arrange or advertise loans to the person using it. Borrowers do not sign in. Staff use it to service the lending operations of the organisation they work for, under that organisation's own terms and licences.

WORK
• Requests: see the requests that need you, open them and approve, reject or return a step. Decisions are recorded in Work. A note is required when you reject or return.
• Approvals: the credit approvals waiting for your decision. Work-backed requests are decided in Work, then the operation runs once the approvals are complete.
• Calendar: your agenda and a month view of what is due.
• Tasks: your open tasks, laid out by date, and move them along.

CREDIT
For organisations that run lending on Arxcess One:
• Overview and portfolio: the state of the loan book at a glance, with filters by branch and period.
• Collections: loans in arrears, and call the borrower from the list.
• Loans: search and filter loans, then open the schedule, statement and repayment details.
• Groups: members, meetings and attendance for group lending.
• Clients: client records and their verification status.
• Applications: follow loan applications through review.
• Approvals: review and decide payouts and other credit requests, as your role allows.
• Officer field session: take repayments in the field, including a whole group member by member, share or print receipts, and hand over to the cashier.
• My till: open a cash session, take repayments, share or print receipts on a Bluetooth printer, pay out approved loans, issue a field float, receive handovers and close the session.

PEOPLE
For organisations that manage their staff on Arxcess One:
• Dashboard: headcount, new hires and leavers over the last 30 days, staff without an ID card, permits and cards that need attention, and the largest departments.
• Directory: find a colleague by name or employee number, and open their work details: job title, department, team, start date, manager and work contacts. Call or email them from the page.

FINANCE
For organisations that keep their accounts on Arxcess One:
• Dashboard: cash, assets, liabilities, equity and earnings, whether the books balance, the open period, and entries waiting as drafts or for approval.
• Chart of accounts: the account tree with balances; search and filter by type, and open an account and its recent entries.
• Journal entries: search and filter posted, draft and voided entries, and open one to see its lines.
• Reports: trial balance, balance sheet, income statement, cash flow and general ledger for a chosen period; share as PDF or Excel.
• Dimensions: the organisation's reporting dimensions and their values.

What you can see and do depends on your role and on what your organisation has set up.

BUILT FOR WORK
• Sign in with your company account (email, Google or Microsoft, as your organisation allows).
• App lock with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
• Notifications for approvals and credit events.
• English and French, light and dark themes.
• Signing out removes your workspace data from the phone.
