Centers Laboratory is the field application for authorized Centers Lab phlebotomists. Use it to see your assigned specimen collections for the day, collect specimens at partner facilities, label and track them, and log every step until they reach the laboratory.

This app is for Centers Lab employees and authorized partners only. It requires a Centers Lab account issued by the organization — there is no public sign-up, and the app cannot be used without an account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Start and end your work shift, with your route and mileage recorded automatically
• See the pickup orders assigned to you for the day, with live status and counts
• View assigned facilities, distance and directions, and check in when you arrive
• Print specimen and tube labels to a supported Bluetooth label printer
• Capture specimen photos and signed documentation, and attach them to an order
• Record collections, refusals and reasons when a specimen cannot be collected
• Print and scan manifests, and complete drop-off at the delivery point
• Get push notifications when new orders are assigned or updated
• Keep working offline — collections, prints and pickups sync automatically when you are back online

LOCATION

Centers Laboratory collects location data to enable live shift tracking, pickup routing and mileage records, even when the app is closed or not in use. Location is collected only while you have an active shift that you started yourself, and stops as soon as you end the shift. Your location is sent to Centers Lab dispatch only; it is never sold or shared with advertisers.

BLUETOOTH

Bluetooth is used only to discover and connect to the label printer used for specimen labels.
