AllCare Provider puts your entire day of home‑ and facility‑based care in your pocket. From the routes scheduling sends you to the last visit record of the day, everything lives in one clean, fast app built for providers on the move.

Start your day from one task list
Open Home to see today's tasks at a glance — routes waiting to be confirmed, patient visits to complete, and drives to your next stop. Handle each one inline without hunting through menus.

Accept or decline routes before the day arrives
Unconfirmed routes surface under "To Confirm." Judge each route at a glance — date, distance, drive time, number of stops and patient count — then review the full trip from home through every stop and back. Accept in a single tap, or decline with a required reason (schedule conflict, distance, already booked, time off) so scheduling can reassign quickly. You get instant confirmed/declined feedback and a persistent status on every route.

Manage visits day by day
See every patient scheduled for any day, grouped by facility, and move forward or back by date. Confirm a visit with a tap or mark a patient not seen — resolved patients update to a clear "Seen" or "Not Seen" status right in the list, keeping every record complete.

Navigate to every stop
Drive to your next facility with built‑in turn‑by‑turn navigation, distance and estimated time, so you spend less time planning and more time with patients.

Know your patients
Browse your full assigned patient list — searchable and filterable — and switch between an alphabetical flat view and a view grouped by place of service. Open any patient to see demographics, power of attorney, allergies, care team, requests and tasks.

Control your availability
Set a recurring weekly schedule by toggling your working days, or switch to exact‑date selection and pick individual days from a calendar. Add one‑off extra work days or block days off so scheduling always knows when you're available — no phone calls, no back‑and‑forth.
