Something hurts, and every other running app will still cheerfully hand you a tempo session.

From your first 5k to a marathon build-up, ZeeRun is the injury-aware run tracker that reshapes your training plans around pain.

ZeeRun asks where it hurts, how bad it is, and whether it gets worse or better as you run — then tells you whether to run, modify or stop, and what it takes to get back.

THE NIGGLE ROOM
Tap the spot on an anatomical body map: shin, calf, achilles, knee, hip, foot, hamstring, groin, IT band, back — each side tracked separately, so a left achilles and a right knee are two different stories. Then answer three quick questions. You get a plain-language run, modify or stop verdict, the reason behind it, and the red flags that mean see a clinician, not an app. ZeeRun does not diagnose anything.

Anything worse than a watch-list ache opens a return-to-run ladder: four rungs from walk-jog back to a full session, each with a pass condition you clear before the next unlocks. The ladder is free, and your plan has to respect the rung you are on — it cannot serve you a tempo on rung one.

THE MORNING READ
Four taps each morning become one readiness score, measured against your own baseline. That score sets today's session and the week's mileage ceiling before you lace up. A morning notification carries the session with it, and you can log how you feel straight from the lock screen.

YOUR DURABILITY
A durability score built from your injury history sets a weekly mileage ceiling and names the sites most worth watching. Load ratio and repair reading compare your last 7 days against the 4-week base you have actually adapted to, so ambition does not outrun adaptation. The strength work it keeps naming is a guided prehab routine built around your own weak points.

THE RUNNING
Live pace, mile splits and saved routes. Intervals are called rep by rep in your ear, and every rep is saved as its own split. A cadence read draws your stride against your own average, never a magic number, with an optional metronome. A weather card reads heat, humidity and wind so the plan can account for the day you actually have to run in.

YOUR SHOES HAVE JOBS
Daily, tempo, long, race or trail. ZeeRun puts the right pair forward for each session, picks the freshest rather than the most worn, and shows how your last four weeks were split across the rotation. Race shoes retire at 180 miles, not 500, because that is when the foam is actually gone.

THE SUNDAY EDITION
Every Sunday your week is typeset as a front page: a headline drawn from the week's verdict, your longest route printed as ink, the week's defining figure set huge, and the small print down the side. Share it, or keep it on the shelf so a season becomes a stack of issues.
