SetSense is the workout tracker built for lifters who want full control over their training.

CHAT WITH YOUR TRAINER
Skip the boring questionnaires. Just tell SetSense Trainer your goals, experience, and available equipment, like texting a real coach. Get a complete 4–12 week periodized program in under 2 minutes.

TRACK EVERY SET WITH FULL CONTROL
Log sets, reps, and weight with a clean interface designed for the gym floor. SetSense shows what you lifted last time as a reference, you decide what to do next. No forced auto progression. No algorithms overriding your judgment if something does not feel right.
