Find the partner, not just the money.

Mella connects you with compatible investors based on your goals, experience, capital, interests and location — helping you find the right person to build an opportunity with. Whether you invest in property, businesses or start-ups, Mella helps you meet people who bring what you're missing.

HOW IT WORKS
• Build your investor profile in six short steps: what you invest in, what you can bring, what you're looking for, your investment preferences and your ideal partner.
• Discover investors near you or anywhere in the UK, ranked by compatibility.
• Connect with anyone who fits. When they connect back, it's a match and your private chat opens.
• Message, send voice notes, call or video call inside Mella, and suggest a time to meet.

COMPATIBILITY THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF
Every match shows a compatibility score and the reasons behind it — location, investment type, capital range, experience, risk appetite, goals, timeframe, skills, and what you each bring and are looking for. For example: "You're both interested in HMOs, have similar budgets and are both looking for a joint venture partner."

WHAT YOU CAN BRING, WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR
Partnerships aren't only about money. Tell Mella whether you bring capital, property or business experience, construction skills, financial expertise, marketing, deal sourcing or a professional network — and what kind of partner you need. Mella uses both to suggest better matches.

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES
Post and discover opportunities: property deals, refurbishment projects, businesses for sale, start-up opportunities and joint ventures. Show your interest in one tap and see who's interested in yours.

COMMUNITY
• A feed of updates, lessons and questions from investors, with 24-hour stories
• Communities for your sector or area, each with a group chat
• Investor meetups near you, with RSVPs, a waitlist and in-app directions
• People nearby: investors around you, closest first

SAFETY FIRST
• Chat only opens when you've both chosen to connect
• Verified investor badges
• Scam warnings in chat when messages ask for money or promise "guaranteed returns"
• Report and block anyone, any post or any opportunity — reports are reviewed by our team
• Only your approximate distance is ever shown — never your exact location
