Welcome to IJob.

Finding a job or hiring someone shouldn’t feel like such a struggle. But most of us know how stressful it can be. It takes time, there’s a lot of uncertainty, and it’s easy to get discouraged. That’s why we built IJob—to make this process feel straightforward and less tiring for everyone.

If you’re looking for work, IJob gives you a place to start without any confusion. As soon as you open the app, you’ll see a simple screen where you can begin searching. You can look for jobs in fields like technology, healthcare, finance, education, or the arts. Or you can just browse around and see what’s available. You can also narrow things down by location, whether you’d like something close to home or somewhere completely new.

When you click on a job, you’ll see the important stuff right away—how much it pays, what the hours are, if it’s full-time or part-time, whether you can work remotely, and what skills you need. Everything is laid out clearly, so you don’t waste time wondering if it’s a good fit.

After you apply, you can keep track of everything easily. You’ll see if your application has been opened, accepted, rejected, or if it’s still waiting to be reviewed. You don’t have to guess where you stand.

You also have a personal profile that you can update whenever you like. You can add your resume, certificates, and ID, and you’ll see how many jobs you’ve applied for, which ones you’ve saved to look at later, and how often companies are viewing your profile. Any time there’s an update—like a new job you might be interested in or a change in your application status—you’ll get a notification.

If you’re an employer, IJob is just as simple to use. You can post a job quickly without having to learn a complicated system. Just fill in what you’re looking for: the job title, the type of work, the skills you want, salary details, hours, and whether it’s on-site or remote. Once you’ve posted, all the applications show up in one place. You can mark them as viewed, shortlisted, invited for an interview, accepted, or rejected. It helps you stay organized without having to juggle a bunch of spreadsheets or emails.

At its core, IJob is here to make life easier. Whether you’re trying to find a job you feel good about or bring the right person onto your team, you should have tools that are clear and helpful, not overwhelming. We believe finding work and hiring should feel more human, less complicated, and a lot less stressful.

If you’re ready to get started, download IJob. We’ll be here to help you every step of the way.
