Cals is a fast, no-nonsense calorie and macro tracker for people who actually
want to log their food, not fight a bloated app to do it.

**Log in seconds**
Search a food, scan a barcode, or type it in manually — whichever is fastest.
Cals ships with the full IFCT 2017 Indian food composition database built in,
so common Indian dishes and ingredients are there from the first launch, no
internet required. Packaged and branded foods are one search away via Open
Food Facts.

**See where your day actually stands**
A single dashboard shows calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber, sugar, sodium,
and water against your daily goals, plus a 7-day trend so you can see
patterns, not just today.

**Fix mistakes without starting over**
Tap any entry in your timeline to edit the amount, meal, or time — no need to
delete and re-log because you fat-fingered a quantity.

**Health Connect, automatically**
Connect once, and every food and water entry syncs to Android Health Connect
as you log it — so Samsung Health and your other health apps stay current
without a manual export step.

**Built to respect your data**
No account, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics. Your food diary lives on your
phone. The only network calls Cals makes are food lookups (to the open,
non-profit Open Food Facts database) and — only if you opt in — writing your
own entries to Health Connect. Full details in the privacy policy.

**Works offline**
Logging from the built-in food database, editing entries, tracking water, and
your dashboard all work with no connection at all.

Track calories the way you actually eat — fast entry, honest data, and a
dashboard that gets out of your way.
