ShiftHeroPro is the workforce app for fast-moving entertainment venues — karting tracks, trampoline parks, and the teams that run them.

Built for hourly crews and the managers who schedule them, ShiftHeroPro keeps the roster, the time clock, and the day's communication in one place, so staff always know where they need to be and managers can fix problems before a shift starts.

ACCESS IS INVITATION ONLY
ShiftHeroPro is used by staff at venues that have already adopted it. Your manager creates your account and invites you. There is no public sign-up.

FOR CREW
• See your published schedule and upcoming shifts at a glance
• Clock in and out, with breaks tracked automatically
• Request time off and check where each request stands
• Offer up a shift you can't work, or pick up open shifts
• Set your weekly availability so you get scheduled when you can work
• Message teammates and read venue announcements
• Track qualifications, milestones and recognition from your manager

FOR MANAGERS
• Build and publish weekly schedules with running hour totals
• Approve time off, shift trades and drops from one queue
• Review and correct timesheets before payroll
• See who is on the clock right now, across every location
• Assign tasks to the crew currently working
• Export payroll-ready timesheets
• Manage staff across multiple parks from a single account

MULTI-LOCATION BY DESIGN
Staff who work at more than one venue switch between them without a second login, and managers see only the locations they are responsible for.

ShiftHeroPro requires an account provided by your employer.
