SOURCES
Official sources for Ethiopian government procurement information include:
• Ethiopian Electronic Government Procurement portal:
https://egp.gov.et/
• Federal Public Procurement and Property Authority:
https://www.ppa.gov.et/
Qelal also indexes publicly available tender notices published by Ethiopian newspapers, including The Reporter, Addis Zemen, Ethiopian Herald, Be’kur, and Kallacha Oromiyaa.
Each tender includes a link to its original published source whenever available. The original notice is authoritative and always governs.
GOOD TO KNOW
• Most features work without an account. Sign in only to synchronize saved tenders and manage alerts.
• The app is designed for slow connections and supports offline reading after notices are downloaded.
• Tender details and deadlines can change. Always verify information against the original notice.
• Qelal is free to use and supported by advertising.
Qelal does not provide government services, accept bids, issue contracts, or make procurement decisions. It only organizes tender information that has already been published publicly.
