Argus is your coach, your lifting partner and your logbook, all in one app.

Film a set from the side on your phone. Argus scores every rep, names the fault, and tells you what to change on the next one. No wearables, no sensors, no setup.

YOUR BLOCK
Answer five questions and Argus writes a training block onto your calendar. Days you train, split, equipment, experience, how long you have. Pick any start date. Loads come from sets you already filmed, not from a table. Every fourth week deloads.

When a fault shows up 3 or more times in 30 days, your next block swaps in an exercise that trains the fix.

IN THE GYM
Your session for the day, exercise by exercise. Log weight, reps and RPE per set. 1,394 exercises with demo GIFs and instructions, so you know what an exercise is before you do it. New to RPE, Argus explains it where you log it.

EVERY REP SCORED
A score per rep, not an average. Every fault with why it matters and how to fix it, at the rep and the timestamp. Bar path on the big lifts. Time under tension per rep and per phase. Partial reps are not counted and they cap the set score. If a joint is blocked in the frame, Argus names the check it skipped instead of guessing.

Skeleton replay of what Argus saw. Session history and trends per lift.

13 LIFTS
Squat, front squat, bench, incline bench, deadlift, Romanian deadlift, row, overhead press, pull-up, curl, dip, lunge and running, each with its own checks.

YOUR COACH
If you train with a coach, they write your block and see every set you film. Their note and their version of the score land on the replay. A push and an email when they review a set. Messages in the same place, with the set attached. Disconnect in Settings whenever you want, and your analyses stay yours.

Coached lifters pay nothing. The coach pays for the seat.

START FREE
Your first week is free, 12 analyses, no card. After that, unlimited analyses on a subscription, or a single analysis when you want a second opinion.
