Blood Pressure Clinic Log helps you record blood pressure readings, track your BP history, and prepare a clear doctor-friendly summary for clinic visits or online doctor consultations.

This app is designed for users who want a simple and organized way to keep blood pressure records, pulse readings, symptoms, medication notes, and optional photo proof of a BP monitor reading.

MAIN FEATURES

Fast Blood Pressure Log
Quickly record your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings in a simple BP log. Add reading time, session tag, symptoms, medication status, and notes.

Doctor-Friendly Summary
Prepare a clean blood pressure summary that is easy to show during a clinic visit or online consultation. The summary includes averages, highest and lowest readings, pulse average, symptoms, medication notes, and reading history.

Consultation Pack
Generate a BP consultation pack for doctor review. You can prepare a WhatsApp-ready summary or export a PDF report to share with your doctor, clinic, or family member.

7-Day Clinic Prep
Prepare your blood pressure record before your doctor appointment. Track your morning and evening readings over 7 days and see whether your record is ready for review.

BP Trends and Averages
View your blood pressure history, overall average, morning average, evening average, highest reading, lowest reading, and pulse average.

Photo Proof
Attach an optional photo of your blood pressure monitor as proof for your personal record. Photo proof is only for reference. The app does not scan or read BP values from the photo.

Family Profiles
Create separate blood pressure records for yourself, parents, spouse, or other family members.

Record Quality Score
See how complete your BP record is before sharing it with a doctor. This is not a health score. It only shows how complete your record is for review.

Smart Pattern Summary
The app can summarize simple patterns from your recorded data, such as morning readings compared with evening readings, symptoms recorded, and medication notes.

PDF Report and WhatsApp Summary
Export a clinic-ready blood pressure report or share a compact BP summary through WhatsApp, email, or other apps.
