MyTowMate keeps towing and roadside-assistance teams connected from dispatch to job completion. The Android app gives authorized drivers and team members secure access to the jobs, documentation, and operational tools provided by their MyTowMate organization.

DRIVER WORKFLOW

• View assigned and authorized tow jobs
• Review customer, vehicle, pickup, drop-off, and job instructions
• Update job status as work progresses
• Continue supported status updates through temporary network interruptions

ON-DUTY LOCATION SHARING

Drivers can explicitly go on duty to share their location with authorized dispatchers. This helps dispatch coordinate active field operations and provide useful arrival progress. A persistent Android notification remains available while sharing is active, and the driver can go off duty from the app or notification at any time.

JOB DOCUMENTATION

• Capture vehicle, VIN, damage, and other job photographs
• Scan vehicle identification numbers
• Review job media and details
• Record supported field-payment information without storing full payment-card numbers

WAIVERS AND TIMEKEEPING

• Review and capture required customer and company-representative signatures
• Clock in and out
• Record breaks and time-entry notes
• Review authorized timesheet information

SECURE ORGANIZATION ACCESS

MyTowMate is a business application for authorized employees, drivers, contractors, and administrators of subscribing towing and roadside-assistance organizations. An existing organization-provisioned account is required. The app does not create public consumer accounts and contains no advertising or in-app purchases.

Location, camera, and notification permissions are requested in context only when needed for the feature selected by the user. Availability of individual features depends on the user's role and their organization's MyTowMate configuration.
