Elight Studio is a music maker and recording studio on your phone. Record vocals and instruments on multiple tracks, make beats on drum pads, play synths and SoundFonts, edit notes in a piano roll, mix with effects and export your song as MP3, AAC, WAV or FLAC. The audio cutter, converter and voice recorder you know are still here.

Everything runs offline, on your device. No account, no ads, no data collection.

Multitrack recording
• Record vocals, rap or any instrument through the microphone, track by track
• Count-in, metronome and loop playback
• Hear yourself while recording when headphones are connected
• Latency calibration so your takes land on the beat
• Set the tempo (BPM) and time signature, snap clips to the beat

Clip editing
• Split, trim, move and duplicate clips on the timeline
• Fade in, fade out and clip gain
• Undo and redo
• Change a clip's tempo and pitch (time-stretch), with an option to keep the voice's character

Instruments and beats

• A synthesized drum kit: kick, snare, clap, hi-hats, toms, crash, ride and percussion
• Load your own SoundFont (.sf2) files
• Play the on-screen piano keyboard (touch lower on a key to play louder) or the drum pads
• Connect a USB or Bluetooth MIDI keyboard and record MIDI
• Piano roll: add, move and resize notes, quantize, set velocity
• Start with a beat: open a new song on a ready-made beat and start writing right away

Mixing and effects
• Volume and pan for every track
• Per-track EQ with low cut, and a compressor
• Reverb and tempo-synced delay sends, with ping-pong delay
• Master limiter that keeps the mix from clipping
• Export the whole song as MP3, AAC, WAV or FLAC
