Woodland Ledger is an offline organiser for keeping personal records of woodland trips, collected items and home stock.
Create structured entries instead of keeping information across separate photos, messages and notes. Record each trip, add your own observations and organise follow-up activities at home. All information is entered and managed by you.
Trip journal
Create entries with a title, date, duration, activity type, personal notes, photos and custom tags.
Conditions and observations
Add weather, temperature, humidity and personal observations to each entry. Review your records by date or season.
Item records
Log items using your own names. Add weight, quantity, condition and any notes you want to remember.
Saved locations
Keep private location records with terrain details and personal notes for future reference.
Personal reference cards
Create your own cards with descriptions, seasons, storage notes and optional links to external sources.
Home stock organiser
Arrange stored items by category, such as dried, frozen or preserved. Record quantities and update the remaining amount when items are added or used.
Home activity logs
Keep separate records for sorting, cleaning and storage activities. Add your own steps and use built-in timers to organise each session.
Search and filters
Find entries by date, tag, saved location, terrain type or storage category.
Templates and repeated entries
Save frequently used locations and item names to create new records faster.
Seasonal overview
View trip totals, logged quantities and simple weekly or monthly summaries based on the information you enter.
Privacy and data control
Woodland Ledger works without an account or cloud synchronisation. App records are stored locally on your device. You can export a backup or delete your records from the app settings.
Woodland Ledger is intended only for personal record keeping. It does not identify plants, fungi, animals or other items and does not provide health, safety, preparation or consumption guidance.
