Welcome to Market– where your everyday items find new life within your own community. We’re building a better way to buy and sell, one local connection at a time.
Tired of impersonal online auctions and long shipping times? So are we. Marknaden is designed for Swedes who value simplicity, sustainability, and genuine human connection. It’s not just an app; it’s your neighborhood square, digitized.
How Marknaden Works:

Lista upp din produkt (List Your Product): Snap a photo, set a fair price, add a description, and post it to your local feed in under a minute. Sell anything from vintage design furniture and barely-used skateboards to your homegrown vegetables.

Upptäck lokala fynd (Discover Local Finds): Browse products posted by people in your own city or neighborhood—from Stockholm to Göteborg, Malmö to Umeå. Find unique treasures right around the corner.

Chatta och möts (Chat and Meet): Use our built-in chat to ask questions, negotiate, and agree on a meeting spot. A safe, public place like a café, a subway station, or your local park.

Swisha och sälj (Swish and Sell): When you meet, check the item, and complete the purchase instantly and securely with Swish. It’s the Swedish way!

Why You'll Love Marknaden:

Hållbarhet i fokus (Sustainability in Focus): By buying and selling second-hand locally, you are actively reducing waste and your climate footprint. Give pre-loved items a new home and be part of the circular economy—a concept close to the Swedish heart.

Bygg ett starkare samhälle (Build a Stronger Community): Marknaden helps you connect with your neighbors. It’s more than a transaction; it’s a chance to strengthen the bonds within your city and support local individuals, not big corporations.

Enkel, Snabb & Säker (Simple, Fast & Safe): We’ve built the app with the famous Swedish principle of Lagom—not too much, not too little, just right. A clean, intuitive interface, secure in-app messaging, and the trusted Swish payment system make the entire process smooth and worry-free.

Förtroende och Transparens (Trust and Transparency): See who you are dealing with. Our user profiles and rating system build a community based on trust and accountability, just like Swedish society.

100% Fraktfritt (100% Shipping-Free): No hidden costs, no packaging waste, no waiting for the post. You agree, you meet, you Swish, you enjoy your new find. It’s that simple.
