High-quality webcam video

DotCam supports high-quality camera streaming from your Android device to your Windows PC.

Features include:

Full HD support
Up to 60 FPS
Adjustable resolution
Adjustable frame rate
Adjustable bitrate
Custom port selection
Local network connection

You can choose the settings that work best for your setup, whether you want maximum quality or a stable connection with lower bandwidth usage.
Real webcam device on Windows

DotCamClient includes a custom Windows kernel driver for the virtual camera.

This means DotCam can appear as a real camera device in Windows, making it compatible with many apps that require a standard webcam device.

DotCamClient also includes an alternative DirectX/DirectShow filter option for supported applications. However, the kernel driver provides the best compatibility because Windows recognizes it as a real camera device.
Works with many Windows apps

Because DotCam can be provided as a real virtual camera device through the kernel driver, it can work with many popular video, meeting, streaming, and recording applications.

Use it for:

Video meetings
Remote work
Online classes
OBS and streaming setups
Presentations
Content creation
General webcam replacement

Manual control

DotCam gives you control over important streaming settings directly from the Android app.

You can adjust:

This allows you to fine-tune the video stream for your network, device, and use case.
Automatic resolution synchronization

When enabled, DotCam can automatically synchronize the selected resolution with DotCamClient.

Just change the resolution in the Android app and the Windows client can update automatically without restarting the PC.
Screen-off support

DotCam can continue working while your Android device screen is turned off or dimmed, helping reduce battery usage and making longer sessions more convenient.
Custom idle image

DotCamClient can display an idle image when the client starts and no Android device is connected yet.
