HJachi is a secure telehealth and practice platform for therapists and counsellors, and a calm, private space for the clients they care for.

For therapists and counsellors
• Run encrypted video or audio sessions from your phone
• Keep your caseload, schedule and session history in one place
• Transcribe sessions on your device: audio never leaves your phone
• Draft SOAP, DAP, CBT and DBT notes from the transcript, then review and sign them
• Assign homework worksheets and track mood check-ins and standard measures such as the PHQ-9 between sessions
• Offer online booking, take payments and see your earnings
• Message clients securely
• Invite colleagues and manage your practice team

For clients
• Join by invitation from your therapist: no public profiles, no searching
• See upcoming sessions and join with one tap
• Complete the homework and check-ins your therapist assigns
• Message your therapist between sessions
• Book and pay for sessions when your practice offers online booking

Privacy and security
• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Session audio is processed on your device for transcription and deleted afterwards; only the text transcript is kept
• AI-assisted note drafts are always reviewed and signed by your clinician
• Built for HIPAA (United States), PIPEDA and BC PIPA (Canada) and the DPDP Act (India)
• Export your data or delete your account at any time: hjachi.com/delete-account

Who it is for
HJachi is used by licensed mental-health professionals and their clients. The app does not diagnose or treat any condition itself; all care is delivered by your provider. Clients need an invitation from a practitioner who uses HJachi in order to sign in.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or crisis line right away. HJachi is not an emergency service.

Practices subscribe at hjachi.com; the app is free to download. Available in Canada, the United States and India.
