One app for everything your Ava account reaches. What you see is what your account holds, so it fits a person keeping track of their own week as well as it fits a team running the screens in a building.

WHAT YOU GET
- Lists, and checking things off as you go.
- A to-do list that shows what is open and what is late.
- Notes you can write and come back to.
- Your calendar by month, by week or by day.
- Messages with people on the platform, and text messages including pictures, where your account includes them.

IF YOUR ORGANIZATION RUNS AVA SCREENS
- Put a PDF or an image on one screen or every screen in a room, and turn pages as you go.
- Draw on it with your finger. Circles, arrows, boxes and freehand, in a colour and a thickness you pick.
- Pinch to zoom into part of a page, and the screens follow you.
- Clear what you drew on a page, or take the document down when you are finished.
- See each screen with what it is showing, and stop, pause or resume any one of them on its own.
- Let someone present from their own device with a single-use code you approve, so you do not have to be at a computer to say yes.
- Send a message to every screen in your organization, if you are someone who holds that.

HOW IT WORKS
Ava is the platform behind your account, whether that account comes from an organization, a family plan or just you. You sign in, and the app shows you exactly what your account reaches, nothing more, and nothing you have to configure. There is no settings screen deciding what you can do: that comes from your subscription.

WHAT YOU NEED
An existing Ava account. There is no signup in the app: accounts come from the organization or the plan that subscribes. If you would like Ava for yours, you can join the waiting list.

YOUR PRIVACY
Your documents, messages and calls stay in Ava, on infrastructure we run. We do not sell your information and we do not put it in a third party customer database. The app does not read your device contacts or your photo library.
