You've got a race on your calendar. Hiron makes sure you show up ready.

Hiron is an adaptive AI triathlon coach. It doesn't hand you a 12-week PDF — it builds your training week from scratch, every week, around your physiology, your training phase, your calendar and what you actually did in the last few days.

WHY ATHLETES SWITCH TO HIRON
• Your week changes. Your plan doesn't. With Hiron it does — something came up mid-week? Send a message and the plan rebuilds in seconds.
• A good coach costs €200–400 a month. Most athletes train without one.
• Your watch gives you numbers. Hiron tells you what they mean.

WHAT YOU GET
• A weekly plan built from scratch — your fitness, your phase (base, build, peak, taper) and your available hours
• Every session explained — intervals, paces, zones, and why this workout matters today
• Coach's Take after every synced workout — what went well, what to watch, and what it changes in your week
• A coach you can message anytime — adjust, ask, understand
• Garmin sync — workouts land on your watch; finished activities, sleep and HRV flow back automatically
• Built-in GPS recorder for sessions without a watch

ON YOUR WEAR OS WATCH
• Follow today's planned session step by step and record it from your wrist
• Hiron tile — swipe from the watch face to see today's next session
• "Today's session" complication — keep the session name and duration on your watch face
• Tap the tile or the complication to open the session in the app

FOR EVERY DISTANCE
From your first sprint triathlon to long-course racing: Hiron periodizes your season toward race day, balances swim, bike and run, and keeps load and recovery in check.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Hiron is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult your doctor before starting or changing a training program — especially with a pre-existing condition, during pregnancy, or when returning from illness or injury. If you feel unwell during a session, stop and seek medical attention.

Hiron requires an account. Some features work best with a connected Garmin device.
