iBOS is the Integrated Business Operating System — one connected platform that brings your whole operation together: your vehicles and field forms today, and the people, assets, documents and workflows that keep the business running as the platform grows. iBOS Go is its mobile companion, putting the tools your team needs into their pockets, wherever the job takes them.

Today, iBOS Go brings Fleet and Forms to your phone, with more of the iBOS platform arriving over time. It's built for field workers, drivers, inspectors and operations staff who need to stay on top of their work away from a desk.

Sign in with your existing iBOS credentials and you're straight into the tools your organization has given you access to. No separate account to create.

FLEET
• See every vehicle at a glance, with live online/offline, ignition and moving/parked status.
• Search and filter your fleet, then pull to refresh for the latest.
• Open a vehicle to view its last known GPS position on a map, along with speed, altitude and the most recent telematics record and event.
• Review device (FOTA), SIM, monitored parameters and custom vehicle details.
• Browse trip and session history with duration, distance and top speed — filter by date range to find the drive you need.
• Scan South African licence-disc barcodes right from your phone's camera.

FORMS
• Work through the form requests assigned to you, sorted so what's due comes first.
• Filter by status — pending, in progress, completed or cancelled — and search to find a specific request.
• Fill forms with guided, section-by-section input and built-in validation.
• Save a draft and finish later, or submit when you're done.
• Open completed forms as a clean, read-only record.

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Optimized for phones and one-handed use.
• Fast, familiar navigation with a simple home hub for Fleet, Forms and Settings.
• Uses your organization's own branding and colors.
• Works with your device's password manager for quick, secure sign-in.

ONE PLATFORM, GROWING WITH YOU
iBOS unifies the moving parts of a business — fleet, forms and inspections, assets, documents and the workflows between them — under a single login and your organization's own permissions. iBOS Go surfaces the parts of that platform that belong in the field, and expands as new iBOS modules roll out.

iBOS Go is part of the iBOS platform by ioSystems. It requires an active iBOS account provided by your organization. To learn more about iBOS, visit https://ibos.co.za.
