QRBuddy PM is a workplace management application that helps organizations manage daily operations through QR code-based tracking, digital gate passes, asset management, audit workflows, and ticket-based task coordination.

Designed for facilities, departments, and operational teams, QRBuddy PM provides managers, supervisors, security teams, and staff with a structured way to assign work, track progress, manage assets, conduct audits, and manage facility entry and exit activities.

Key Features

Ticket Management

Create and manage workplace tickets for tasks, services, and operational issues. Assign tickets to staff, track their status, and allow supervisors to review completed work or request corrections.

Audit Management

Manage assigned internal audits from the mobile app. View audit assignments, follow scheduled timelines, and complete audit activities step by step to keep inspection work organized across departments.

Asset Management

Maintain a register of organizational assets using QR codes. View asset details, location, and assigned user. Submit asset transfer and status change requests and track them through the approval process.

Asset Approval Workflows

Review asset transfer and status change requests through configured approval workflows. Approvers can review the current asset information and proposed changes before making an approval decision.

Gate Pass Management

Create and manage digital gate passes for visitors and material movement. The app supports Inward, Outward, Returnable, and General pass types with Full Day and Half Day durations.

Gate passes can follow a configured approval process before becoming valid. Security teams can verify passes and record check-in and check-out information through the app. Gate pass documents can also be viewed as PDF documents within the application.

Daily Checklists

Staff can access daily operational checklists to complete routine activities and follow required procedures across shifts and departments.

QR Code Scanning

Scan QR codes to access asset information, verify gate passes, and perform supported entry and exit tracking activities without manually entering identification details.

Supervisor Review and Approval

Supervisors can review completed tasks and tickets, approve work, or return items for correction. Approval actions provide a record of decisions and help organizations maintain accountability.

Task and Status Tracking

Managers and supervisors can monitor the status of tickets and assigned work, including pending, in-progress, and completed activities.
