PT OS — The Personal Trainer Operating System
PT OS is the operating system for Personal Trainers. A complete app to manage your entire PT activity — students, training sessions, plans, progress, payments and communication — all in one place.
Built for the gym floor, not the office. PT OS adapts to your working style, whether you decide exercises on the spot or plan training in structured cycles.
STUDENT MANAGEMENT

Complete profiles with personal data, goals, health metrics, notes and photos. Record contracts (session pack or monthly) and track payments. Only the student's name is needed to get started — the rest can be filled in later.
SESSION LOGGING

Log training sessions in seconds. Search exercises by name or muscle group. Previous performance loads automatically as reference. Import a past session to save setup time. Add text notes, audio recordings or photos. Group exercises into supersets.
FIELDS ADAPTED TO EACH EXERCISE

Every exercise uses the right fields for its type: Reps + Weight, Reps Only, Time, Time + Distance, Distance + Weight. Fill in set 1 and the rest auto-populate.
LIBRARY OF 246 EXERCISES

Exercises validated by a fitness professional, organized by muscle group and equipment. Create custom exercises with the fields you need. Rename with your own terminology.
TRAINING PLANS

Build training programs with prescribed days and exercises. Compare actual performance against prescription during the session. Import previous sessions as the basis for a new plan.
PROGRESS & ANALYSIS

Interactive charts by muscle group, weekly Total Training Volume (TTV) and by exercise (Weighted Average Load, Max Load, TTV). Selectable period: week, month, quarter, half-year, year or all time. Real attendance rate based on actual frequency. Side-by-side progress photos.
PDF REPORTS

Monthly report per student with session summary, attendance and TTV. Analytical progress report with evolution charts by muscle group and exercise. Export sessions to CSV for Excel.
CALENDAR

Schedule sessions with time, duration and gym. Automatic reminders via notification and WhatsApp.
PAYMENTS

Manage packs and monthly fees. Automatic session deduction. Multiple payment methods (Cash, Transfer, MB Way, Pix, Card).
COMMUNICATION

Quick WhatsApp messages with customizable templates: session reminders, expiring packs, birthdays. Available in Portuguese and English.
WORKS OFFLINE

The app works without internet after first use. Data stored locally on your device.
