Exclusively for Lumia™ members with a Lumia in-ear wearable device.

The Lumia™ Program helps you track daily symptoms and see how they line up with your Flow and Heart Rate patterns over time. If you experience dizziness or lightheadedness and want to understand your day-to-day patterns better, Lumia gives you a simple way to log what you're feeling and see it alongside your Flow data.

Lumia also lets you track lifestyle factors - like hydration, rest, and activity - for a fuller picture of what might be shaping your Flow and Heart Rate data.

Take control of your data by tracking consistently and learning from your own trends.

Please note:

Data displayed in the app is for informational and wellness tracking purposes only. Lumia's Flow Index is a proprietary relative index useful only for understanding your own day-to-day changes - it cannot be compared to another individual's data or to any clinical measurement standard. Lumia is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes based on what you track in the app.

TAKE A TOUR OF THE LUMIA™ APP

Let's start with the Home Page.
Here you'll see your Flow Index, a general day-to-day indicator that's unique to you and not meant to be compared across individuals or used as an absolute measurement.

Next, log today's symptoms in the Daily Journal. You may experience many symptoms - we recommend picking the ones that matter most to you to track over time.

This symptom journaling feature is all yours to control.

The Moments page is where your daily graphs live. We've built a pinchable, zoomable interface so you can look more closely at changes over time.

Lastly, your Profile is where you manage the things that don't change often: your name, personal details, and a journal of significant life events.

This is your Moment: it's time to start tracking your wellbeing with Lumia.
