Onus records what you actually lift, session after session, and shows you in black and white whether you are getting stronger.

TRACK YOUR SESSIONS
Start your workout and log your sets as you go: reps, weight, rest. The timer starts on its own between sets. Interrupted? Your session is kept — pick it up exactly where you left it.

SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Every exercise has its own history and estimated strength curve. Onus spots your personal records and tells you when you have stalled — with something concrete to try, not just an observation.

YOUR PROGRAMME
Get a programme built around your goal, your level and how many sessions a week you can train. Reorder it, swap an exercise, change the sets: it stays yours.

AI COACH
Ask about training, nutrition or recovery. The coach knows your history, your loads and your injuries, and answers based on what you are actually doing.

NUTRITION
Calorie and macro targets worked out from your profile. Food diary, detailed weekly meal plans, recipes and a shopping list.

YOUR BODY
Weight, measurements, progress photos, soreness. Health Connect sync so you do not re-enter what your other apps already measure.

A HUMAN COACH, IF YOU WANT ONE
Find a qualified coach, talk to them in the app, receive your programmes and reviews. They follow your sessions as they happen and adjust what needs adjusting.

COMMUNITY
Share your sessions and records with others, or keep them to yourself. Your call.

ONUS PRO
The essentials are free. Pro unlocks the AI coach without limits, advanced statistics, unlimited photos, detailed meal plans, and removes ads.

Onus is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a training programme or a diet.
