Maia is a voice-first personal coordination assistant that keeps your calendar alive after you stop talking. Say it once, and Maia turns spoken intent into structured plans, checks your calendar for conflicts, alerts the right people, and follows up until tasks and promises stop slipping through the cracks.

Designed not just as a daily planner, but uniquely structured for those who need extra support—such as Alzheimer's patients, older adults, and anyone needing family or care team assistance. Maia combines a natural voice companion for the user with a powerful web dashboard for supporters.

📱 KEY FEATURES FOR USERS (Maia Mobile App):
• Voice Reminders & Alarms: Set any reminder or appointment naturally. Just say, "Remind me tomorrow at 8 to take my medication."
• Calendar & Planning: Ask what is on your schedule for today, tomorrow, or next week hands-free.
• Personal Memory: Ask Maia to remember important details like names, doctors, or specific routines so you never have to repeat them.
• Hands-Free SMS: Send text messages to your contacts using just your voice.
• Intelligent Follow-ups: Reminders don't end at the first alert. Maia checks back, tracks status, and keeps nudging until a task is marked as Done, Missed, or In Progress.
• Messages from Supporters: Maia naturally reads aloud messages sent by family or care teams.

🖥️ FOR SUPPORTERS & CARE TEAMS (Web Dashboard):
Family members and care professionals get full visibility and control to support the user remotely.
• Shared Calendar Management: View, create, edit, or delete events. Track the status of daily routines and appointments.
• Complete History: Review SMS logs (including failure reasons) and full conversation transcripts to ensure the user is safe and on track.
• Remote Settings: Manage contacts, timezones, language preferences, and customize AI context.
• Direct Actions: Send text messages directly to the user through the dashboard, which Maia will read to them.

🌍 FULLY BILINGUAL:
Maia currently supports English and Dutch end-to-end across the assistant experience. Each language comes with several hundred high-quality, human-like voices for a more natural, comforting interaction.

Let Maia structure the mess, keep the right people informed, and ensure the loop never dies quietly.
