Kinders is the all-in-one app for kindergartens, childcare centers, and daycares — built to simplify center operations and keep families connected to their child's day.

Whether you're a director running a center, a teacher in the classroom, or a parent following along at home, Kinders brings everything into one calm, easy-to-use place.

FOR DIRECTORS & OWNERS
• Manage classrooms, student rosters, and enrollments in seconds
• Keep multiple guardians and contacts for every child, with photos
• Add and assign teachers to classrooms
• Build a reusable activities library with materials, step-by-step instructions, and curriculum skills
• Plan weekly and monthly lessons per classroom — drag to reorder, copy last week

FOR TEACHERS
• Log a child's day in moments: check-in, meals, naps, mood, health, toileting, activities, and more
• Attach photos and videos to bring the day to life
• See only your assigned classrooms, kept simple and focused
• Message parents directly

FOR PARENTS
• Follow your child's day in one beautiful journal feed
• See photos and videos from the classroom
• View the weekly planner so you know what's coming up
• Message your child's teachers and stay in the loop

DAILY JOURNALS
Record the moments that matter — meals, sleep, mood, milestones, and notes — and share them instantly with families through a warm, humanized feed instead of dry checklists.

SECURE MESSAGING
Stay connected with 1:1 messages and one-way announcements between staff and families. Conversations are private to your center, with reporting and blocking built in to keep every space respectful and safe.

LESSON PLANNING
Create a library of activities tagged with development skills, then place them onto classroom days to build clear weekly and monthly plans.

PRIVACY FIRST
Children never use the app. Every record is visible only to a child's own center staff and the parents or guardians linked to that child. Photos and videos are kept in private storage and shared through secure, expiring links. We never sell your data or use children's information for advertising.

Passwordless sign-in — just enter your email and a one-time code. No passwords to remember.

Kinders is built for the warm, busy, everyday work of caring for young children. Spend less time on admin and more time with the kids.
