A strength coach that reads every set you log and tells you what to push next — per exercise, per set. Other workout trackers just record; Squatly moves your training forward. Ask it anything, and the answer comes from your real lifting, with the reasoning shown right in your data.

Your plan. Your progress.

FAST LOGGING, BUILT FOR BETWEEN SETS
- Ghost sets prefill your last performance, so you confirm and go.
- A per-set rest timer counts down on its own, so your next set starts on time.
- Log RPE in a tap to capture how hard each set really felt.
- 800+ exercises, warmup, working, drop, and myo-rep set types, and offline-first logging that works with no signal in the gym and syncs when you're back.

A COACH THAT DRIVES YOUR PLAN FORWARD (PRO)
The coach reads your full logged history and moves your plan forward. When the work starts getting easy, it tells you to add weight — progressive overload before you stall, not after. Ask what to push next, whether to add volume, hold steady, or deload, how to structure your training week — and the answer comes grounded in your own logged numbers, with the reasoning shown right in your data. Not a plan you follow blind: a coach that explains itself. You stay in control: it recommends, you decide.

GROUNDED IN YOUR NUMBERS
Every workout you finish runs through Squatly's training engines — volume, estimated 1RM, fatigue, strength tiers, progression, mesocycle position, and your Squatly Score, one number that answers "how am I actually doing?" The coach reads all of it, so what it tells you is based on your real strength training, not generic fitness advice.

STRUCTURED PROGRAMS
Follow a training program day by day — powerlifting, bodybuilding, or general strength. The coach adapts the next session to how the last one went, so the plan keeps moving with you.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Personal records log themselves. Watch per-muscle volume and strength tiers climb over time, keep an eye on fatigue and readiness, and track body weight, measurements, and progress photos.

FREE TO LOG
Logging is free, forever — workouts, templates, programs, automatic PR detection, and body tracking.
