Sylphair Aviation connects professional pilots with the operators and companies that need them. Pilots build one verified profile and use it to apply for flying work. Employers post the flights they need crewed and search for pilots who genuinely match the requirement.

FOR PILOTS

A profile that speaks for itself
Record your total and PIC hours, plus hours broken down by aircraft type. Add your licences, type ratings and medical certificate, each with its expiry date and supporting document attached. Set out your nationalities, languages and visa coverage so an employer can see at a glance whether you are eligible to fly for them.

Find and apply for work
Browse open positions with the full picture: route, dates, aircraft, position and requirements. Apply from your phone with a cover letter, and reopen any application you have already submitted to see exactly what you sent.

Keep your credentials current
Your licences, medical certificate and type ratings live in your profile and can be viewed in the app. Update each one as it is renewed, so your profile is accurate the moment an employer looks at it.

FOR EMPLOYERS

Post the flight, describe the crew
Create a case with departure and arrival, dates and times, aircraft, and the crew positions you need to fill. Save a draft and come back to it later.

Search for pilots who fit
Browse the pilot pool and search by name, role or aircraft type. Narrow it down by aircraft type, licence type, total flight hours, availability and location. Active filters stay visible as chips you can remove one at a time.

Review the whole candidate
Open a pilot's full profile and their credential documents in the same view you use to read their application.

MESSAGING

Pilots and employers message each other directly in the app, so a question about a roster or a rate does not have to leave the platform.

YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOUR DATA

Sign-in is handled through Sylphair's secure authentication. Pilots can delete their account from Settings at any time, which removes their profile, credentials and uploaded documents.

Sylphair Aviation is built for licensed commercial and professional pilots and for the companies that employ them.
