Rivet Estimator is a construction takeoff and estimating workspace built for contractors and estimators.

Bring in PDF or image plan sheets, keep revisions organized, detect common drawing scales, calibrate measurements, and create area, linear, count, perimeter, wall, room, and volume takeoffs. Turn measured quantities into editable estimate lines, apply reusable costs and assemblies, compare subcontractor bids, calculate labour productivity, and track estimate risk.

Keep customer documents separate from internal estimating detail. Customer proposals hide direct costs, unit costs, markup, overhead, profit, contingency, waste, risks, vendor notes, and estimator notes. Internal estimates retain the complete pricing breakdown for your records.

Key features:

• PDF and image plan import with multi-page PDF support
• Crisp plan viewing, fit-to-screen, pinch zoom, pan, rotation, and revision tools
• Automatic scale suggestions plus two-point manual calibration
• Area, length, count, wall, room, perimeter, and volume measurements
• Takeoff-to-estimate quantity updates
• Labour, material, equipment, subcontract, allowance, and other cost types
• Reusable cost library and assemblies
• Bid leveling, crew productivity, risk, contingency, and estimate checkpoints
• Customer-ready PDF proposals and private internal estimate exports
• Local autosave and portable workspace backups
• Optional end-to-end encrypted Rivet Cloud device sync
• International date, number, currency, and language support
• Optional Rivet Pro subscriptions through Google Play
• Blank first workspace with guided project and plan creation

Rivet stores working data locally by default. Optional cloud sync encrypts workspace content on your device before upload. Rivet does not include advertising or third-party analytics.

Rivet Estimator is a professional estimating aid. Review plan scale, quantities, rates, tax, scope, exclusions, and final pricing before relying on or sending an estimate.
