Merit
A place where kind people help each other, grow their Kindness Index (Merit Score) — and earn real-life rewards for doing good deeds.

How Merit Works:
1. Need help? Post a request.
It’s free. Just explain what you need and when.
2. You can ask for:

• Hands-on help — move furniture or sit with grandma

• Expert help — fix a computer or review a resume

• Free items — receive a used laptop

• Lost & Found — recover missing documents

• Financial support — when you truly need it
3. Ready to help?
Browse real requests near you and choose what fits your time and energy.
Helping is simple. No pressure. No confusion.
4. After help is completed, you earn Merits.
Merits are like a credit score — but for kindness.
5. Merit grows with action — and slowly fades without it.
The more you help, the stronger your kindness reputation becomes.
6. Higher Merit unlocks real-world perks:

• A free coffee from a local café

• Lounge access from an airline

• Easier home rental approval

• Car rental discounts
…and more.

Here, you don’t just send help into the void and hope it makes a difference.
You see who you helped. You hear from them. You witness the impact.
When support is completed, gratitude isn’t abstract — it’s personal.
A real person leaves a real thank-you.
You see their relief. Their progress. Their joy.
That emotional feedback matters.

Without it, fundraising platforms can start to feel like banks — transactions without human connection.
Money moves, but people remain distant.
Merit was built differently.
Here, help is direct.
Gratitude is visible.
Human connection is the center — not the payment.
Over time, your feed becomes something rare:
a collection of real thank-you notes from lives you’ve changed.
And that’s what makes kindness powerful — and contagious.

People prefer doing business with kind humans — and now they finally can.
Businesses can power the movement.
Create rewards inside Merit and inspire more people to do good.
Merit is an ecosystem that makes kindness visible, rewarded, and normal.

Our Mission:
We want success to be measured by the number of kind acts — not by power or money.
We want to make kindness a habit and build a society where being a good person is respected and rewarded.
We’re creating the FICO score — but for kindness.

Why This Exists:
We all want to be happy.
We all want to feel safe, calm, and free from fear.
But most of us chase happiness in the wrong ways.
Not because we’re bad people — but because no one ever taught us a better way.
Our culture tells us success is everything — even if it costs our health, peace, or relationships.
So we pay the price.
Some burn out chasing wealth.
Others sacrifice family or integrity in the name of “winning.”
And even when we succeed, the happiness often doesn’t last.
Merit was created to challenge that idea.

To offer a different path — based on an old truth:
The best way to feel happy
is to help someone else feel happy first.
Merit makes it easy — and rewarding — to help others regularly.
Together, as more kind people unite, we can shift culture.

We can make kindness visible.

We can make it modern.

We can make it something people are proud of.
