RUPA — Beyond the Scale.
The Body Harmony App by StreetHolistics Ltd

RUPA is a body composition tracking and self-reflection app for adults who want to understand how their body is truly changing — beyond just the number on the scales.

Whether your goal is weight loss, fat loss, weight gain, muscle development, improving hydration, or maintaining a healthy weight, RUPA gives you a complete and meaningful picture of your physical progress.

WHAT RUPA TRACKS
- Body weight
- Body fat percentage
- Muscle mass percentage
- Hydration percentage
- Mood and emotional wellbeing
- Weekly trends and patterns over time

WHY RUPA IS DIFFERENT
Most health apps focus only on scale weight. RUPA tracks body composition — the balance of fat, muscle, and water in your body — so you can see whether you are losing fat, gaining muscle, preserving lean mass, or improving hydration. This gives you a far more accurate and meaningful picture of your health progress, whether your goal is to lose, gain, or maintain.
