Ncare is the health app that learns from you.

When everything accelerates — studies, first job, back-to-back projects, family life, a mind that's full — your health gets pushed to last place. Ncare is here to stop it from becoming one more thing to handle.

AN AI THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS YOU

Most AI assistants answer everyone the same way. Ncare is different.

As you use the app, it learns your treatment, your rhythm, your habits. Conversations get more relevant over time because they're built from your context — not from generic knowledge.

No "one-size-fits-all" answers. Conversations tailored to you.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH NCARE

• Add your treatments by scanning the medication box
• Get personalized reminders at the time that works for you
• Track your doses without thinking about it
• See your day at a glance
• Chat with an AI companion built on your own tracking
• Connect, if you choose to, with a healthcare professional who supports you

WHO IS IT FOR?

Ncare is for adults who take a treatment — short-term or long-term — and want to stay in control without spending mental energy on it.

Whether it's a short course, ongoing follow-up, an injectable treatment, contraception, or long-term medical support, Ncare adapts to your pace.

A COMPANION, NOT A DOCTOR

Ncare does not provide diagnoses and does not replace your doctor or pharmacist.

The app helps you follow your treatment more easily on a daily basis and prepare your conversations with your care team.

The AI companion answers general questions about your treatment (timing, missed doses, medication presentation) and directs you to a professional for any medical question.

CONNECTED TO YOUR CARE TEAM

If your doctor or care center uses the Sylvana Care platform, you can choose to share your tracking with them.

This connection is fully optional, by invitation, and can be revoked at any time.

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES

Your health data belongs to you. It's used to support you, and no one else.

We apply European (GDPR) and Swiss (LPD) data protection standards.

You can export or delete your data from the app at any time.
