Every life has a rhythm — a natural ebb and flow across your energy,
your finances, your relationships, your health. Most people experience
these cycles their whole lives without ever recognizing them for what
they are: a pattern. Once you see the pattern, you can work with it
instead of against it.

That's the idea behind Rhythmwyze.

Most trackers fail because the friction is too high. Spreadsheets and
journals start strong, then get abandoned. Rhythmwyze removes the
friction entirely. One honest check-in at a time.

— How it works —

Pick what matters. The default six categories come from the classic
coaching Wheel of Life — Relationships, Mindset, Professional, Health,
Time & Money, Fun & Recreation. You can rename them, replace them, or
add your own based on what's meaningful in your life right now.

Set your rhythm. Each category gets its own cadence — daily, weekly,
monthly, or quarterly. Rhythmwyze prompts you on time.

Rate where you are on a 1 to 6 scale. One being a deep low, six being
a peak high. There's no neutral middle to hide in — that's deliberate.
Even-numbered scales force an honest answer, and the honest answer is
what makes the data useful.

Watch the patterns emerge. Over weeks, you start to see that every
March your energy dips. That your relationships flourish in the fall.
That your finances and your mood move together. The History view
overlays your categories so cross-area patterns become visible —
exactly the kind of insight a good coach surfaces in a session.

— Built for the way real life works —

• One-tap check-ins. The whole interaction is rate-and-go.
• Edit any past day. Tap a day on the rhythm strip to backfill or
adjust an entry — life happens, and your tracker should let you say so.
• Multi-series overlay charts. Spot connections across categories on
one canvas, with running averages and a coach-grade Patterns panel
that translates correlations into plain language.
• Streak tracking and weekly recap. Light celebration when you string
a few days together — but never streak pressure that turns the app
into homework.
• Web push and email reminders, on schedules you control per category.
• CSV data export at the Standard tier and above.

— Privacy from day one —

Your check-ins, your notes, your patterns — all yours. End-to-end
HTTPS, encrypted-at-rest storage, password hashing with argon2id,
short-lived tokens that can be revoked. Delete your account from
Settings; everything is removed.

— Tiers —

• Free — Track up to 3 categories
• Standard — Up to 6 customizable categories, CSV export
• Premium — Unlimited categories, advanced insights, PDF export

— A note on coaches —

Rhythmwyze grew out of professional coaching practice — the Wheel of
Life, the 1–6 reflection, the focus on patterns over time. A coach
portal with client-granted access controls, and AI-assisted pattern
surfacing for users who want it, are part of the roadmap. The AI is
designed as an assistant, not a replacement — the human relationship
between coach and client stays at the center.

— Get started —

One person. One rhythm. One honest check-in at a time.
That's Rhythmwyze.
