Inventory happens on the floor, not at a desk. Tare Mobile turns the phone your staff already carry into a fast, accurate counting tool for restaurants, bars, and multi-location operators.

Scan shelves, measure partial bottles, capture supplier invoices, and finish counts even when Wi-Fi drops. Every count syncs back to the same Tare platform your managers use on desktop.

COUNT FASTER ON THE FLOOR
• Scan barcodes with your camera and move shelf to shelf without typing item names
• Choose the right pack size before recording quantity so fast scans stay clean • Measure partial containers with a Bluetooth scale or visual fill estimation
• Search and add items when labels are missing or damaged • Use count templates so weekly walk-throughs follow the same order every time

CAPTURE INVOICES AT THE BACK DOOR
• Photograph supplier invoices and extract line items automatically
• Match products to items already in Tare before they hit receiving
• Send verified quantities and prices into receiving without retyping

STAY AHEAD OF PROBLEMS
• Get push alerts when inventory activity needs attention
• Assign spot checks and notify staff with the exact scope attached
• Ask Tare AI about stock levels, costs, receiving history, and what to reorder next
• Use the same assistant on mobile and desktop

KEEP COUNTING WHEN CONNECTION DROPS
• Work offline in walk-ins, basements, and back-of-house storage
• Queue completed counts and upload automatically when you reconnect
• See clear offline, syncing, and pending-upload status on screen

BUILT FOR REAL RESTAURANT TEAMS
• Restaurants, bars, and multi-location groups
• Managers who want variance and usage data without spreadsheet reconciliation
• Floor staff who need a tool that keeps up during a busy count

PART OF THE TARE PLATFORM Tare Mobile works with your existing Tare account. Counts, receiving, alerts, and inventory data stay connected across mobile and desktop so the whole team works from one source of truth.
