ClovrBid Staff is the field app for ClovrBid auction operators — the warehouse-facing companion to the ClovrBid bidder app. Staff at independent auction businesses use it to manage inventory from intake all the way through customer pickup.

Warehouse staff at auction operators on the ClovrBid platform. Access requires credentials issued by your operator's admin. If you're a bidder looking to browse and bid, install the ClovrBid app instead.

• Batch put-away to process a whole cart into one bin
• Continuous shelf-scan flow for fast multi-lot binning
• Live result list flags anything that still needs lotting

Worklist
• See your operator's on-shelf inventory at a glance
• Lots that need re-listing (unsold, with retries remaining)
• Forfeited returns and items flagged for disposal

Warehouse Layout
• Walk-and-scan mapping of your warehouse floor
• Per-bin landmark photos so bidders can find their items at pickup
• Bin QR code reference

Check Out
• Pickup verification — scan each lot's QR, then the bin QR, to confirm handoff

REQUIRES

• An active ClovrBid operator account
• Worker credentials issued by your operator's admin
• An internet connection (syncs with your operator's ClovrBid console)
• A device with a rear camera (for QR and barcode scanning)

YOUR DATA

This app reads and writes data scoped to your operator only. Every staff action is audit-logged with a timestamp and user. There is no cross-operator data access.
