💪 Tricio Gym AI — your gym notebook, with a brain

Stop tracking your workouts on paper or in scattered notes. Tricio Gym AI logs every set you do, shows you which muscles you are really training, and reviews your history to tell you what to keep, what to add and what to ease off.

📝 LOG EVERY SET IN SECONDS
- Start today's session and add exercises from the catalogue or from your routines.
- Record reps, weight in kg (or time in seconds for planks, cardio and stretching) and perceived effort on the RPE 1-10 scale.
- Tick each set as completed and keep training without losing your rhythm.
- Built-in rest timer with a sound alert so your breaks don't stretch out.

🏋️ 74 EXERCISES READY TO USE
- A catalogue of 74 exercises: 65 measured by weight and 9 measured by time.
- Every exercise lists its primary and secondary muscles, with an image and a description.
- Filter by muscle or search by name and find the movement in seconds.
- Add your own exercises and build the routines you actually use.

🔥 TRAINED-MUSCLE MAP
- A body diagram shows you at a glance which areas you have worked.
- Available per session, per calendar day and per month.
- Tap any muscle to see the exercises and sets behind it.
- Spot imbalances instantly: the groups you neglect stand out.

📅 CALENDAR AND HISTORY
- Monthly calendar highlighting the days you trained.
- Full session history with exercise, set and volume detail.
- Exercise ranking and totals so you can follow your progress week by week.
- Edit or reopen any past session when something is missing.

🤖 SMART, GOAL-BASED RECOMMENDATIONS
- Pick your goals: strength, muscle volume, endurance, general fitness, weight loss or better rest.
- The app compares your real training (7-day and 42-day windows) with the profile you chose.
- Get clear blocks of advice: what to keep, what to introduce and what to ease off.
- Warnings when you hit the same muscle group again without enough recovery between sessions.

☁️ YOUR DATA, IN YOUR GOOGLE DRIVE
- Sign in with your Google account and back up to your own private Drive.
- Data lives in your account's app storage: nobody else can reach it.
- Switch phones without losing your history.
- You can also use the app fully offline if you prefer not to connect an account.

❤️ HEALTH CONNECT INTEGRATION
- Share your activity with Health Connect and keep all your health data in one place.

🌍 AVAILABLE IN 5 LANGUAGES
English, Spanish, Chinese, Russian and Arabic. Change the language any time from Settings: exercise names, muscles, days and months adapt automatically.

🌙 LIGHT AND DARK MODE
A clean interface designed for one-handed use between sets, and comfortable in dimly lit gyms too.

Whether you start today or you have been lifting for years, Tricio Gym AI gives you what really matters: consistency, clear data and an honest view of how you are training. 🚀

🎯 WHO IT IS FOR
- Beginners who need to know what to do and how long to rest.
- Lifters who already train and want to stop improvising their weekly volume.
- Strength training, hypertrophy, calisthenics, cardio or mixed routines, at the gym or at home.

🔒 PRIVACY
We don't sell your data and we don't profile you. Your history stays on your device and, if you allow it, in the private folder of your own Google Drive. You can disconnect the account at any time.

Workout log, gym diary, set and rep counter, strength tracker, muscle map, routines and progress: all in a single app. 💚
