Vewn is a place to write and be read.

Most social apps are built for the sentence. Vewn is built for the paragraph — a
quiet, ad-free network for people who write more than a line at a time, and for
the people who want to read it.

WRITE
• A composer that gets out of the way. A title if you want one, then the page.
• Everything you type is saved as you go, and again when you leave the screen.
• Publish, unpublish, or keep a post private. Drafts stay yours.
• Collect posts into a series, in the order you meant them to be read.
• Pin a post to the top of your profile, so your best work leads.
• Drop in a GIF from the built-in picker.

READ
• Two home feeds: For You, ranked, and Following, in the order things arrived.
• Follow writers, follow tags, and search the full text of everything public.
• Liking a post saves it. Your Likes are your library, and that list is private.
• Repost, or repost with something to say.
• Comment, and reply. Threads stay one level deep, so they stay readable.

MESSAGES
• Write privately to one other person.
• You decide who can start a conversation: nobody, people you follow, people you
approve, or anyone.
• Mute, archive or close any conversation. Closing it stops both sides writing.
• Messages are not used to decide what you are shown, and nothing in Vewn opens
a conversation — there is no support tool and no moderation page that can.

LETTERS
• Once a day you can write to one reader, chosen at random. They never learn
who you are.
• You cannot choose who receives it. That is the whole point.
• A letter that arrives is yours to keep, to share as a post, or to throw away.
• Letters can be switched off, which stops you sending as well as receiving.

MAKE IT YOURS
• Five themes free, and each one restyles the entire app — not a toggle between
light and dark, but corners, borders, spacing and type.
• Pick an accent colour and a reading font for your profile. Both free.
• Add links to wherever else you write.
• Premium adds twenty-six more themes and a builder for your own — grounds,
corners, borders, patterns, section breaks — plus the Premium badge in a
colour you pick, and writer stats: what each post got back, and how it moved
over time.

QUIET BY DESIGN
• No advertising. None today, and none planned.
• No tracking, no ad networks, nothing sold on.
• Your account and everything you write are stored in Frankfurt, in the EU.
• Report and block anyone, from a post, a profile, a comment or a message.
• Close your account from inside the app. Everything in it goes with you.

Vewn Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. The price for your
country is shown in the app before you buy, and it renews until you turn
renewal off in your Play Store subscription settings. Everything needed to write
and read on Vewn is free, and stays free.
