The Method, is is the key to really growing in Weight Lifting.

3 workouts per week, 45-60 minutes per workout, The Strongway 5x5 workout app is like having a personal strength training and weightlifting coach in your pocket.

The original 5x5 workout was created by Reg Park
Training program with the effective method. Reg Park sensed that many workouts in his day created overtraining, or that they weren't suitable for beginners.

"If you want to get bigger, get stronger";

At that point he built a method that was then propagated until 2023. Copied by many 5x5s, Reg Park's 5x5 is the original.

If you're here to download a gym app to increase your muscle or your strength, don't wait any longer and download Reg Park's original 5x5 now to get great results tested by tons of successful bodybuilders throughout history.
