Olara, your gentle companion for IBS

Built by Zak Edmundson, a UK-qualified nutritionist who specialises in IBS. Olara helps you navigate the lower FODMAP approach with warmth, not jargon. No spreadsheets, no clinical lectures. Just a thoughtful companion in your pocket, every day.

What's inside

• 65 lower FODMAP recipes, designed for real life, scaled to your servings, with a shopping basket that organises everything for you.
• Snap a meal, menu, or label. Point your camera, and Olara reads ingredients, estimates portions, and tells you what is likely to suit you.
• My Gut. Track your gut score, sleep, and stress in seconds a day. Olara learns your patterns and surfaces what is working.
• Trigger profile. Six FODMAP groups, your personal thresholds, built up as you log.
• Reintroduction guide. A six-week protocol to find your own limits, paced gently with check-ins from Zak.

Who it's for

Olara is for adults living with IBS and gut sensitivities. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for medical advice. Please speak to a doctor or dietitian if your symptoms are new, worsening, or alarming.
