Coachlet helps amateur coaches and players track every practice session as easily as writing on a laminated drill card and slipping it into a clipboard sleeve.
The app stores all your practice details directly on your device, so your data stays private and available even without an internet connection.
From the Dashboard, you immediately see your total completed practices, sessions logged this week, and a countdown to your next scheduled practice.
A quick‑capture pen button lets you jump into the Log tab and record a new practice in seconds.
In the Log tab, you fill out a simple form with a session title, date, duration, and any notes about drills or attendance.
Once you hit save, a brief confirmation flashes and you are returned to the tab you came from, while the new practice appears as a handwritten index card inside a clear vinyl sleeve.
Cards use blue marker ink for completed sessions, black for upcoming ones, and a faint dry‑erase smudge in the corner signals a finished practice without a checkmark.
The Upcoming tab shows all practices scheduled for today and future dates, sorted earliest first, so you always know what is next.
Scroll through the History tab to review past sessions, and instantly filter by title using the built‑in search bar.
Tapping any practice card in History opens an edit form where you can update the title, date, duration, or notes.
Swiping left on a card reveals a red delete button to remove a session you no longer need.
Dashboard counters are drawn as tally marks on a sticky note, and empty states encourage you with a playful note to scribble your first drill.
Every part of the process stays local, so you never need an account, a subscription, or a cloud sync setup.
Whether you run a youth team or track your own improvement, the clipboard‑inspired design and marker‑style typography make managing your sessions feel familiar and focused.
Start logging, stay organized, and keep your coaching clipboard right in your pocket.
