taos is one place for the conversation and for the work that comes out of it.

Turn a message into a task, a reminder or a calendar event — without leaving the thread and without losing the context it came from.

WHAT IS INSIDE

- Chat with threads, a rich editor, GIFs and voice messages. Scheduled messages, saved messages and reminders.
- Boards in four views: kanban, list, table and timeline. One set of tasks, four ways to look at it.
- Workflows — repeatable processes that carry a case from one pair of hands to the next.
- A dashboard built on the Eisenhower matrix, with a section for what is about to land on you.
- Team culture: Feedback Friday, kudos with rankings, anniversaries and birthdays, surveys.
- Time zones of the people you write to, and availability schedules — notifications respect them, so the phone does not wake anyone with something that could have waited.
- Several organisations on one account, one notification list.
- Two-way calendar sync with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, a Google Meet link in one click, and sign-in with a Google or Microsoft account.

ONE SUBSCRIPTION INSTEAD OF FOUR

taos brings together what teams usually pay for separately: a messenger, a task manager, boards, surveys and dashboards. We migrate your history from the tool you are in today — on every plan, including the free one.

EUROPEAN UNDERNEATH

Your data sits on infrastructure in the European Union, spread across two independent providers. Voice message transcription and translation also happen in the EU. We do not sell data and we do not use the content of your conversations to train models.

WHAT IS NOT HERE YET

We say it plainly, because it is easier to check than to promise. CRM and ticketing are in development. Microsoft Teams meetings in one click are in progress. There is no desktop app — there is a web app.

OPEN PREVIEW UNTIL 30 NOVEMBER 2026

Until that day every feature is open to every team, free, with no user limit and no card. After that your account moves to the Free plan and your data stays.

PRICING AFTER THE PREVIEW

Free — up to 8 people. Workspace — €7 per person a month. Business OS — €15 per person a month. Annual billing, net of VAT.
