This Independence Day, we celebrate the birth of Mylo, a pregnancy tracker and parenting app that has helped millions of Indian parents on their journey to parenthood. Founded by Vinit Garg in 2018, Mylo was inspired by his own experience as a new father. Read on to learn more about his goals and vision for the future.

Vinit: When I was a young parent, I faced the chaos of inconsistent and not-for-India parenting information on the internet. To address this problem, I founded the Mylo App for new parents in India dealing with uncertainty & anxiety of parenting. My goal remains to make Mylo accessible to all Indian parents so that they can nurture their child without much hassles.

Vinit: The app helps Indian users with personalised, doctor-vetted content tailored to their parenting journey. It offers digital health tools for informed decisions, an engaging community for advice, and science-backed products developed using the feedback from other parents.

Vinit: This Independence Day, we are celebrating 10M+ moms in our Mylo community. We have exciting contests, such as rangoli competition, Independence Day Q&A, recipe contest, and much more. In "Azaadi Ka Swaad", users can share tricoloured recipes inspired by the Indian flag and the best recipes will win exciting prizes.

Vinit: We are launching India’s Biggest Diaper fest and we’re quite excited about it. Diapers can be a big expense for parents, we’re giving our users freedom from all their diaper expenses. Mylo invites all the parents to participate in the fest & get a chance to win free diapers for a year!
