Tap, tap, tap to defeat quirky monsters from another dimension in this charming clicker RPG. Battle beasts and bosses as Luna – a tiny, adorable knight – in order to rescue your companions scattered across the realm of Stonia by the evil Dark Lord As.

Gorgeous watercolor backgrounds and unearthly villains contrast with the chibi-style cuteness of your team of heroes. But you may not have time to appreciate the art. Each new enemy flashes up and disappears just as quickly as it arrives thanks to rapid-fire attacks in battle, creating an effect that’s both frenetic and fantastical.

With each victory comes a windfall of various currencies you can use to level up, add skills, and recruit companions to your cause. Getting ahead then becomes less about how fast you tap and more about strategy – do you level up Luna to unlock powerful skills or level up her companions to take advantage of idle attacks?

You can also use the rubies obtained from completing quests to summon new weapons, gear, and skills. The more often you summon, the higher likelihood you’ll receive a powerful reward. Unlike leveling up with gold coins, the strength built from summoning stays with you in both Stage and Adventure modes.

After clearing Stage 100 (and every 100 stages after that), you can choose to be Reborn. In exchange for most of your progress, you’ll receive a relic fragment used to develop even more powerful skills and increase your team level, opening up new battle modes and abilities.

The tradeoff may seem steep, but Rebirth is a key step to becoming strong enough to defeat late-level bosses. Sometimes you have to start from scratch to get ahead.
