Create your account

Download the app and start creating your account. You’ll be prompted to share your fitness goals, how often you’re currently getting physical, and whether you’re working through any injuries.

Once that’s complete, you’ll arrive at the main screen where you’ll see your recommended entry level: beginner, intermediate, and more. Scroll through the suggested workouts for ready-to-go routines. Alternatively, you can create your own custom workouts tailored to your needs.

Pick & choose your exercises

Head to the Custom tab and tap the plus button to start designing your own workout. You’ll see a list of over 900 exercises you can add to your personalized routine: burpees, fast feet, lunges, yoga poses, and much more. You can filter by categories like cardio strength and pilates. As you add exercises, you’ll see them line up along the top of the screen. When you’ve made all your selections, choose “Next” to finish setting up your workout.
Tip
Don’t forget to breathe. Tap “Rest” near the top to include intermittent breaks.

Fill in the details

Once you’ve got your session planned out, make sure to include the details for your workout. Add information like a name, description, workout type, and timing settings (designed for different types of routines). You can also adjust the workout by adding time for a pre-workout warmup and even turn on random shuffling to keep things interesting. When you’ve finished, tap “Save” and your routine will live in the Custom tab for quick access.
Tip
Want to change up your workout after a few weeks? Tap into the workout, press “Customize,” and edit as you see fit.
