Free Fire character spotlight: Andrew

When you first start Free Fire, the first character you’ll see is Andrew. An ex-cop "man on a mission", he has unique and powerful abilities that will help you and your teammates in your battle royales. But is he the right character for your playstyle? Read on to find out more.

Andrew is a 42-year-old ex-police officer and shares a special bond with fellow Free Fire character Kelly (who is Andrew's first wife's daughter from a previous relationship). Andrew remained part of Kelly's life even after he divorced her mother.

After his divorce, Andrew found a new love, but she was tragically killed in a gang-related attack. Driven by revenge, he got into a conflict with Horizon, the corporation in charge of the battle royale he now finds himself competing in, and was fired from the police force.

Andrew's ability, Wolf Pack, offers huge advantages for defense and team battles. It’s focused on increasing the durability of body armor, allowing you to stay protected for longer. You’ll get an automatic 4% armor damage reduction, plus an additional 1% for any teammates you have nearby within a 15-meter radius.

While Andrew’s skill may not sound like a huge buff, it can be a complete game-changer, especially in team-based matches. For example, if you find a Level 3 body armor during a match, this extra durability will pay off big in the final moments.

With your extra protection, you’ll be set up to absorb extra damage and be the tank your squad needs to claim victory.
